Our activities

Bory & Co’s main activity is the management of rental apartment blocks, co-owned property, individual apartments and villas. We look after your valuable property on your behalf, ensuring that you derive maximum benefit from it.

For Bory & Co, property management means taking the initiative. We feel it is our duty to think ahead and help property owners make their decisions by presenting them with a clear set of options and relieving them of any practical problems.

To do this, we combine our experience with decision-making tools that emphasise the use of green technologies, enabling us to instigate and manage operations with different levels of complexity.

In order to ensure individualised relationships with property owners, the responsibility for managing each property is always allocated to one of our managers.

Our roles

Instructed by a property owner, the property manager manages the owner’s real estate on their behalf. He/she provides the link between the tenants and the owner. Skilled in customer relationships, legal affairs and accounting, he/she manages the administrative, technical and financial aspects of a property.

At Bory & Co, all of our property managers have obtained a postgraduate certificate in property management or a master’s degree from the IEI (Institute of Property Studies) in Geneva.

Our management

Arnaud Turrettini

Partner / Portfolio Manager

After an education in banking, followed by 5 years’ experience in the property business, Arnaud joined Bory & Co in 2009, obtained his postgraduate certificate in property management in 2010, then became a Manager in 2011. He is now responsible for managing our private clients.

Gérard Turrettini

Senior Partner / Commercial Director

After studying law and working for a number of years in the property business, Gérard became a partner in 1982 alongside André and Bernard Bory. Today, he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and heads our residential rentals and brokerage department.

Thierry Naz

Partner / Managing Director

Thierry began his property career at an architectural and property development firm, then joined Bory in 1995, focusing on property development and customer relationship management. He became a Manager in 2009. He is now our Director of Operations for property management and development.

Stefanie Sidler

Portfolio Manager

A property professional since 2000, Stefanie joined Bory & Co in 2005. Having gained her postgraduate certificate in property management in 2012, she is now responsible for our rentals department and advises our teams on a daily basis about issues relating to tenancy law.

Eric Chassot

Financial director

Mr. Chassot holds the Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting as well as the Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling. He also held senior positions in private organizations and served as Chief Financial Officer on a Real Estate company.

Energy consumption:

Our company uses the latest tools to make detailed assessments of the energy consumption of the properties we manage. Thanks to these solutions from our service providers, we can supply property owners with detailed reports and thereby minimise energy consumption, for instance by instigating the refurbishment of a building’s communal lighting, or the renovation of a boiler room. Furthermore, these works are often subsidised, making the return on investment even quicker.


For all works managed by Bory & Co, whether large or small, our technical teams ensure that all contractor companies are qualified for the task and adhere to the required standards while they work. This results in a drastic reduction in the consumption of polluting products such as solvents.


Laws change frequently, and the standards required and imposed become increasingly intense to keep pace with our changing world. At Bory & Co, our managers continually update their knowledge of current standards and are able to suggest solutions to ensure that our property owners can stay compliant in all areas, from rules relating to asbestos, to new laws on energy use.
